On the capacity of a binary channel with timing jitter at signal transitions modeled as a random walk

The communication situation in which the time disparity between the receiver's clock and the transmitter's clock is modeled as a random walk is discussed. The channel capacity is obtained as a special case of capacity per unit cost. In this approach, the Baggen-Wolf channel is a timing jitter channel with memory.<
