A discrete time technique for accurate ripple recovery in DC-DC converter circuits

An effective and practical two-stage technique for computer simulations of PWM DC/DC converters has been developed on the basis of a discrete time model, which allows both a simple and deep investigation of the circuits' dynamics and a fast and accurate ripple recovery. It is particularly useful in order to meet the designers' requirements especially in the earlier stages of the design, when besides the relevant features of the circuits, details are needed about waveforms and incoming harmonics.<
