An algorithm for the partial fraction expansion of a transfer function matrix

An algorithm is presented to explicitly determine the matrix of weighting factors used in the construction of residue matrices from the Rosenbrock coefficient matrices for the partial fraction expansion of a transfer function matrix. This matrix can also be used with the Stanley matrix to construct the inverse of the Vandermonde matrix.<
