Discusses the activities of the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) Microcell/Microsystems Subcommittee regarding microcell technology. A brief history of the subcommittee is given, followed by summaries of the 'Microcell Guidelines' document and the 'Microcell/Microsystems Users' Performance Requirement'.<
