Monolithic phase shifter for S-band inter-satellite data relay antenna

The author reports the design and measurement of a five-bit, switched filter, MMIC phase shifter. The circuit achieves a small r.m.s. phase shift error, low insertion loss and minimal insertion loss variation over the 2.2-2.3 GHz design band.<
