Development of classroom management skills

A description is given of worksheets designed to assist new faculty in developing their own classroom management skills by systematically determining how specific aspects of the classroom responsibilities can be managed to achieve the desired educational objectives. These worksheets define classroom management from three points of view which are identified in the instructor, resource, and course profiles that must be completed as part of this exercise. The worksheets cover topics relating to the tools used in teaching, the teaching environment, graders used, and instructor's expectations of the students and course.<
