Standardization of measurement methods for harmonics

The authors present a general guide on harmonics and interharmonics measurements and instrumentation, for power supply systems and equipment connected thereto which has been undertaken by IEC (SC 77 A). The authors deal with the successive chapters of the planned IEC guide, and explain and detail the options and view-points taken for the document.<
