Computer operating systems in electrical engineering curriculum

A practical course syllabus for operating systems that can be used for electrical engineering students is examined. Methodology that can achieve the instructional goals and possible derivatives from the syllabus are discussed. It is shown that most guidelines discussed in this paper can be used equally well in other curricula.<
