NTT's multi-beam mobile satellite communication system

Multibeam satellite communications system are being studied as the basis of an economical mobile satellite communication system. Design objectives of the multibeam satellite system, system applications to the mobile communication system, and experiment programs to implement a domestic commercial mobile satellite communications system are reported.<
