The non-parametric detection with neural network

This paper, on the basis of understanding and study of the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) detection technique, draws an important conclusion: ANN-detection is a kind of non-parametric detection. To support this conclusion, the authors present their theory and computer simulation results.<>
