Using computing to improve the quality team process: some initial observations from the IRS-Minnesota project

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the University of Minnesota are conducting a multi-year study of GDSS use in small group meetings. The paper presents some initial findings on the extent and types of uses that quality teams are making of a GDSS in the IRS Manhattan District Office.<
