A Developmental Pulse Triode for 200 Kw. Output at 600 Mc.

The pulse triode A-2212 is a cylindrical triode which gives a peak power output of 200 kw. at 600 Mc. with a tunable external circuit. The tube and its pulse and c.w. performance are described. One of the single-tube circuits developed to test the tube is also described.
