FD4 and FD20 transport through epidermis by electroporation

Transdermal drug delivery is a novel delivery system, it is worth applying very much. In this paper we use FD4 and FD20 as model substance. Experiment date indicate that electroporation can effectively enhance transport FD4 and FD20 through skin, and also find that voltage, capacitance, molecular weight and different position of skin affect the macromolecule transport. Molecular weight of FD20 is 19,500 Da and it is more than of insulin whose is 5,800 Da, and then it is a potential to transport insulin through skin by electroporation
