The NTIA Telecom 2000 report: charting the course for a new century

A comprehensive report on the communications policies that the US government should follow to ensure that national economic, government, and social needs are met in the year 2000 and beyond, released in October 1, 1988 by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), is discussed.
