Computation of capacity for Gilbert-Elliott channels, using a statistical method

A simple statistical method has been presented for evaluation of capacity for Gilbert-Elliott channels. Moreover, it has been shown that the time-varying binary symmetric channel, as a basic model for some wireless communication channels, is a special case of Gilbert-Elliott channel.
