The present author replies to the comment by Kildal (IEEE Trans. Antennas Propag., vol.54, no.2, p.766, 2006 February) on the original paper by Ziolkowski and Kipple (IEEE Trans. Antennas Propag., vol.51, no.10, p.2626-40, 2003 October).
