Direct fabrication of surface relief grating for integrated waveguide tunable dye lasers

Direct fabrication of surface relief grating was studied for applications of integrated waveguide dye lasers. PMMA matrix was directly etched without resists and, then DFB and DBR laser performances are evaluated.
