A novel blackboard-based multistrategy learning system in a distributed environment

Coordinating multiple learning algorithms to solve a complex problem is not a trivial task. This paper presents a novel blackboard based multistrategy learning system to overcome the problem of coordination among different learning strategies in a distributed environment intelligently and adaptively with minimal user interaction.
