A quick microwaver's tour of the Historical Electronics Museum

Visitors to the Historical Electronics Museum in Linthicum, Maryland, range in age and technical knowledge from junior high school students to experienced electronics and microwave engineers. The first area they all see is the fundamentals gallery, where exhibits start with the basic principles of voltage, current, static electricity, batteries, generators, DC, and AC. This is followed by galleries dedicated to communications, radar, counter-measures, underseas, electrooptical, and space. Artifacts on display range from early 20th century spark transmitters to the latest space satellites.
