The art of delegating

This paper discusses the importance of learning how to delegate responsibilities to subordinates in order to realize career advancement as a manager. It enumerates four basic steps that are involved in delegating, and underlines the importance of effective delegation as this indicates ones readiness to take on more responsibility and advance in ones career.
