Comments on "The saturated photovoltage of a p-n junction"

In a recent paper, Gray has shown that the open-circuit photovoltage ratio of p

n to n
⁺
p junctions is given by the mobility ratio. We show here that this is an overestimation, the ratio being much smaller if an exact analysis is used.
