Monolithic filters using strong piezoelectrics

The authors give information about development of monolithic filters using quartz material, lithium tantalate and La/sub 3/Ga/sub 5/SiO/sub 14/ (langasite). Their principal parameters and angle of cut are reported which ensure obtaining a minimum or zero frequency-temperature coefficient over the operating temperature range.<
