On the evaluation of certain type of determinants of transfer functions for unbalanced ports

Determinants of transfer functions of unbalanced ports, where the ports are divided in two sets of input and output ports, are evaluated topologically. The evaluation is easier the higher the order of the determinant. An example of situations where these determinants may arise is given.
