On test for zero-sets of multivariate polynomials in noncompact polydomains

Discussion is centered around the counterpart of a known test for absence of zeros of a multivariate polynomial in a polydisc, when the polydomain of interest is noncompact. This has strong relevance to recent research in the areas of multidimensional continuous and discrete-continuous system theory.
