Comments on "Analysis of a switch matrix for an SS/TDMA system"

The time slot assignment algorithm presented in the above paper requires some modifications and/or refinements for it to be complete. A few methods to resolve problems in the algorithm are suggested in this letter, and a related theorem in combinatorial theory is also discussed.
