Comments on "Cross-polarization in satellite and earth-station antennas"

Improved understanding of the cross-polarization characteristics of reflector antennas has recently lead to the development of several techniques by which the cross-polarization of off-set-fed reflectors can be controlled, so that this attractive antenna type with its many advantages can be used in frequency re-use systems. In the light of this, some conclusions of the above paper should be modified.
