EM coupling of coaxial and coplanar loops in uniform dissipative media

The mutual impedance Z between two small loops in a homogeneous dissipative medium of complex propagation constant γ is considered. Using a graphical method, we indicate how γ can be determined from measured values of Z for a specified frequency and separation distance between the loops.
