The HIPER project - sub-nanosecond pulse ESR

In this paper, we describe the design challenges, potential applications and initial work associated with the HIPER project. This program has the aim of building a pulsed ESR spectrometer with sub-nanosecond /spl omega//2 pulses and sub-nanosecond deadtimes.
