Cellular radio-telephone simulator

Describes the cellular radio-telephone simulator which is being enveloped at BNR Europe Limited (which incorporates STL) as part of a DTI LINK programme. In order to illustrate some of the features of the simulator, two forms of channel allocation strategy and power control are considered, and results are presented.<
