Resonance scattering of a photon by an electron and resonance radiation of two photons by an electron in the strong magnetic field

Calculation of the probabilities of quantum electrodynamic (QED) processes in the strong magnetic field is performed, which is important in the ultraquantum case, where inclusion of higher-order processes of the perturbation theory are in resonance conditions.
