Comments, with reply, on "Adaptive filtering of evoked potentials" by N.V. Thakor

In a recently published paper by N.V. Thakor (ibid., vol.34, no.1, p.6-12, 1987), the applicability of adaptive noise cancellation principles to evoked potential enhancement, and a way of choosing the reference and primary inputs, were discussed. The consequences of this choice are explored along the lines of B. Widrow, et al.'s analysis (1975). Some application considerations are also discussed.<
