Knowledge has become the most important producer of wealth in society and in organizations. Corporate success in today's economy comes from being able to acquire, codify, and transfer knowledge more effectively and with greater speed. Important aspect of knowledge management is extraction of the personal tacit knowledge and putting it into words and order, so that others can attain it and use it. Big enterprises need concept maps.
