Educational services discussions at ICRA 2004

During the 2004 ICRA in New Orleans, meetings were held to identify and discuss educational services that the RAS could provide to its members. After ICRA, the discussions continued to better focus RAS educational activities and narrow down the list of items to a more manageable set of activities, for which resources would then be budgeted and an implementation plan drafted.
