In vivo molecular imaging in cells using time-resolved microspectrofluorimetry

Time-resolved laser spectroscopy and microscopy can be employed to sense endogenous and exogenous molecular compounds in living cells. We describe how the method is applied to detect in vivo molecular interactions with nanometer scale sensitivity.
