COST 273 - towards mobile broadband multimedia networks

A brief overview is presented on COST 273. This COST (European cooperation in scientific and technical research) Action deals with radio aspects of mobile and wireless networks. In particular, radio interface, propagation and antennas, and radio network aspects are addressed by the three working groups of the project. Within the working groups, sub-working groups deal with more specific issues, namely, MIMO systems, antennas for mobile terminals, measurements procedures, and scenarios for network planning.
