Fractional solutions of Helmholtz equation in scattering problems

In this paper we introduce a new definition for fractional derivatives of function /spl psi/(r~) which satisfies the homogeneous Helmholtz equation. It is shown, that we have come to such a presentation after consideration of "fractional" solutions of ordinary Helmholtz equation. Also "fractional boundary conditions" are introduced.
