Anomalous deceleration of laser pulse in the dense magnetized plasma

We present a self-consistent model of the influence of the dispersion of the electromagnetic wave of the laser pulse in the presence of the external magnetic field on the growth rate of the parametric instability associated with the upper hybrid waves.
