Design and implementation of Web based registration completion system at universities using PostgreSQL and PHP

At our Saga University, the completion of registration of students has been performed by reader (OCR) which reads the registration form that the student has submitted. As for this work, much time and effort are spent. In this paper, we present the system which supports the procedure of a check of completion of registration and the contents of registration on the Web browser. The fundamental functions in the system carrying out completion of registration has been implemented.
