This is how today's semiconductor manufacturing is able to meet requirements as: 1. Faster changing processes with more and more reduced quantities. 2. Access on various kinds of data. 3. Configuration of production sites distributed worldwide. 4. Increase availability (max MTBF/min. MTTR).
