Fractal framework: finding sub-themes and implementing sub-frameworks

Application frameworks implement the part of the customer's requirements that remains stable: the implicit problem domain, as described by the analysis model and called the Enduring Business Theme. Specific solutions or applications are built by extending the framework (using object-oriented techniques) with relatively small and stable code fragments and relatively volatile configuration or scripting fragments.
