Optical-packet switching and optical-label switching technologies for the next generation optical internet

This paper discusses recent advances in optical-packet switching and optical-label switching technologies. All-optical label swapping techniques, optical-label based packet-switching router systems, and evolution paths from MPLS to optical-label switching networks will be covered.
