Small low-cost MU-receptacle 10-Gbit/s plastic optical receiver module with a three dimensional circuit structure

We newly developed a small low-cost surface-mount-type MU-receptacle 10-Gbit/s optical receiver module. A plastic package with a three-dimensional circuit structure, which enables highspeed operation inexpensively, is applied to the optical module for the first time.
