Computational study of low-field domain wall mobility in nanowires rectangular cross section

In this paper we use micromagnetic simulations to investigate domain wall propagation in nanowires of rectangular cross section with w=100 nm in width and variable thickness h. The dynamic Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation is solved using 2D and 3D finite difference micromagnetic solvers with cell size /spl Delta/=5 nm and variable time steps.
