New cascaded lattice structures for FIR filters having extremely low coefficent sensitivity

It is shown that any arbitrary FIR transfer function can be implemented in the form of a passive structure, resulting in low coefficient sensitivity. The building blocks are planar-rotation operators, and internal signal nodes are automatically L
