Kaiser-Bessel weighting of the Hilbert transform high-cut filter

This correspondence presents two empirical equations that assist in the accurate design of Hilbert transform high-cut filters. These equations allow the formulation of time-variant filters that meet a priori specifications for attenuation and rolloff interval.
