Effect of signal bandwidth on the accuracy of signal reconstruction from its phase

Simulation results are presented to illustrate the effects of signal bandwidth on the accuracy of signal reconstruction from its phase samples using a direct method. It is shown that the reconstruction error increases by 8 dB (on average) as we go from high bandwidth signals to low bandwidth signals.
