A new approach to the design of low drift DC amplifiers

THIS PAPER discusses stabilized amplifiers which use the new ST1626 low-level silicon transistor in their input stages. This device has a typical dc gain of 25 at 5 microamperes collector current, with a leakage current in the order of 1 millimicroampere at 25°C and the maximum recommended operating voltage.
