Correction to "On the relationship between controllability indexes, eigenvector assignment, and deadbeat control"

The paragraph immediately following the proof of proposition 2 in the this article (see ibid., vol. AC-29, no. 1, pp. 77-79, 1984) states a result incorrectly; however, the other results remain unaffected. The result is corrected.
