On the existence of Lyapunov function for absolute stability of nonlinear feedback systems

A Lyapunov function of the form "a quadratic term plus an integral of the nonlinearity" to assure absolute stability, in the sector, of a nonlinear feedback system need not necessarily always satisfy the MKY lemma equations.
