Adaptive model-reference control of an unknown plant with limited knowledge of model

A method is proposed for the adaptive control of an unknown, minimal phase plant, by suitable choice of its input, so that its output follows the output of a stable reference model. Much less information about the reference model is required in this method than in methods based on the Kalman-Yacobovich lemma.
